I get why the non-rugpull legacy revival brands start off with clones of their old hardware; the demand is obviously still there and who better than them to fill it? But I think it's a shame most of them have no vision beyond that and maybe a T-shirt or plushie. If I was in that position, I'd try to look into new products that fit the philodophy of the company being revived.

I made an account on Bluesky just to promote my paintings and writings and good lord is 100% of my home feed just orange man bad. And yes, he is bad, but this is the case having never selected the politics interest in their interests picker.

I think the MacBook Neo should have an 11 inch variant. People say it would have too small a keyboard, but the 11 inch iPad air has a Magic Keyboard no issue.
So my maternal grandfather was Native, and I know what tribe and everything, but I wasn't raised into that culture and neither was my mother who was raised into general Mexican culture. Is that a potential pitfall for cultural appropriation or do I have more leniency?
There are many good things about Linux. The fact you can swap GPU companies with no work or driver installation is one of them, kmods are fantastic.
Thank whatever's out there, I found another USB mouse that works with OS 9.
I've been playing around with this GeForce 2 MX and I think maybe hardware enthusiasts are slightly elitist because it was actually a really good experience and ran the games I tried (American McGee's Alice and Return to Castle Wolfenstein) at a locked 70 at 640x480, mid-30s maxed at 1024x768 in OS 9. Though it is OS 9 and not Windows 98 SE... my preconceived notion that it would perform like an N64 (no offense, it's my favorite console) were unfounded.

How should I split this 64GB CF card? I thought it was 32GB but it's 64 which is nice. I can either do 50/50 Windows 2000/Mandrake 8.1, 25/75 one of them, split it into three with BeOS or Haiku... any thoughts welcome. #retrocomputing
